$329Are you looking for a weekend getaway in May? Come with us to Whistler for a fun and relaxing weekend. Last year at this time it was just beautiful. With so many options, there is an abundance of fun you can have in one day at Whistler. Golf all morning, ski in the afternoon, and hit up a patio for an aprés session at sunset. Hike through the wilderness to crystal lakes and cascading waterfalls. Feel the adrenaline rush of North America’s largest mountain bike park, or fly-fish in the rivers. Go to the spa or do some shopping in the Village. Combine all of this with daily Yoga classes and wine tastings. Make some new friends and pamper yourself for the entire weekend.

The first yoga class will be Flow Yoga at 4:15 on Friday afternoon. The evening Bliss Yoga class is at 9:30 on Friday. On Saturday we will have a Hatha Yoga class at 8:00 am and another Bliss Yoga class at 4:00 pm. And one more Hatha Yoga class on Sunday morning at 8:00.
Hatha Yoga: Classic yoga postures that move with your breath to help you reduce stress and increase strength and flexibility. These classes are approximately 50% stretching poses and 50% strengthening and toning poses, all combined with proper breathing and grounding techniques. A flexible body is a youthful body!
Flow Yoga: In this flowing yoga class, strength, flexibility and stamina are all emphasized. This style of yoga combines Power Yoga and strong Hatha Yoga flows and postures (asanas). It will feel great to move the body through Sun Salutations and various combinations of poses to stretch out the body after travelling to Whistler.
Bliss Yoga: This yoga class consists of Gentle, Yin and Restorative Yoga combined with foot, back and shoulder massages. Sunny will be guiding you through this relaxing Yoga class to help you become very calm and de-stress. Tea and cookies will be served after the class.
